What you need to do to complete Step 1

1. Download the policy and print 2 copies 
2. Fill in your business name at the top, sign the bottom. 
3. Keep a copy on file.
4. Put a copy on the noticeboard.
5. Take 2 min to explain it at your next team meeting.
