8-step safety series

Step 6: Knowing your responsibilities

The OnSide safety series breaks down what you need for a compliant H&S system into 8 simple steps – making it easier to understand and implement.

Who's responsible for what?

When it comes to health and safety, there are four main roles, each with different responsibilities:

1.   The Person Conducting Business or Undertaking (PCBU)
2.   Officers
3.   Managers and team leaders
4.   Workers

Get the guide here.

Health and safety legislation makes it clear that everyone has a role to play in managing health and safety risks.

In this step you'll get an easy to follow guide that explains what each of the roles are, and their different responsibilities when it comes to health and safety.
