So your boss’ signed up to OnSide. What does that mean for you? A safer workplace for starters. It also gives you a tool so you can do your part in making sure your workplace is a safe one. 



Making your life easier

OnSide is an easy-to-use app that helps with workplace health and safety requirements. You can better manage risks, report incidents and accidents as they happen, and make sure everyone knows what to do in an emergency.



Saving you time

OnSide saves you time by making visitor sign-ins and safety inductions quick and painless, and by reducing H&S admin. It’s paperless and mobile so it works where you do.

Getting setup

  1. The first thing you need to do is download OnSide on to your phone from the app store.

  2. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app you need to register as a user. Follow the instructions in the app to set up your username and password.
  3. Once you’re registered you can start using OnSide to:
    • Help identify and report new risks as you see them on the job
    • Use photos rather than words to show risks and incidents
    • Access contact information and emergency info
    • Report incidents as they happen
    • See who’s coming and going from your property
    • Get notifications when someone arrives
